  SIDEM brand belongs to the company SIDEM NV (Belgium) which was founded in 1933. Initially the factory manufactured suspension parts for passenger cars but experience and success reached in the beginning of 90’s induced the SIDEM owners to develop the business. Therefore in 1993 it started business activity in the sphere of commercial vehicles by developing of assortment range for servicing of automotive industry as a whole. Aiming at complete implementation of this intention the company launched two new factories in the Eastern Europe in 1993 and 2001.

 By 1998 all SIDEM factories carried ISO certification. When manufacturing of SIDEM parts there are only high-quality of carefully selected sourcing companies are being engaged. All materials undergo a strict checks and mechanisms are subject to regular examination for conformity.
